Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Specialist to ensure quotation management, commercial follow-up, and support in the B2B electrical and mining sectors. Key Highlights: 1. Nazca Energy, a specialized company providing digital transformation, engineering, repair, installation, maintenance, and diagnostics services for transformers up to 500KV, is searching for top talent for the SALES SPECIALIST position. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** · Academic Level: Technical or university graduate in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Age: 23–35 years old (preferred) · Intermediate–Advanced MS Office · Basic–Intermediate English proficiency **COMPETENCIES** · Proactivity · Negotiation skills · Commitment and responsibility · Leadership and teamwork **EXPERIENCE** · Preferred: 2 years in similar roles within B2B electrical and mining sector companies. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Ensure that technical, commercial, and economic information in quotations is clear, complete, and properly substantiated. Submit prepared quotations to the Sales Support Manager for review, validation, and approval prior to sending them to the client. Send approved commercial offers to clients, maintaining formal and professional communication. Actively follow up on quotations via phone calls, emails, or other means, recording interactions and progress in the system. Periodically update the status of commercial opportunities, identifying risks, client feedback, and probability of closure. Coordinate with clients to resolve technical or commercial queries related to quotations, escalating those requiring internal validation. Accurately collect and archive commercial documentation associated with each opportunity (emails, quotations, versions, technical back-ups). Review the Purchase Order (PO) received from the client and verify alignment with the submitted offer; report any discrepancies to the Sales Support Manager. Support preparation of required commercial information for HOM meetings, ensuring accurate transfer of scope to Operations. Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital folders for opportunities, quotations, and awarded services. Prepare basic commercial reports on the status of assigned opportunities, issued quotations, and closed deals. Coordinate with the Marketing department on the use of approved commercial materials for presentations or offers. Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards during client visits and commercial activities. Maintain ongoing communication with the Sales Support Manager regarding progress, risks, or deviations in assigned opportunities. Participate in internal training sessions related to commercial processes, SIG, and company products and services. Provide commercial support during the initial service execution phase when required, to ensure consistency between quoted and delivered scope. Promptly address internal and external customer requests related to commercial management. Be available for business-related travel and flexible working hours as needed. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to quotation management, commercial follow-up, and continuous improvement of the area.
