If you enjoy the pace of an active kitchen, teamwork, and delivering flavor in every dish, we want to meet you! **Job Description** * Prepare and cook hot dishes, fried items, appetizers, and other kitchen products * Perform mise en place and prepare supplies for daily service * Monitor cooking times and plate presentation * Maintain cleanliness and order in the hot kitchen area * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards * Verify proper storage and stock rotation of supplies * Support inventory control and report shortages * Coordinate with the team for agile and efficient service * Adhere to the restaurant's quality standards and recipes. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 1 year of experience in hot kitchen operations * Experience in frying * Food handling certification * Ability to work under pressure * Rotating shifts * Immediate availability **What We Offer?** * Base salary: S/ 1,800 \+ tips * Full-time employment * Schedule: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, including break * Meals provided * Excellent working environment Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
