Training and adaptation to local processes **CHIFA SABOR ORIENTAL IS HIRING!** We are looking to add the following role to our team: **COOK – CHIFA** We seek a **responsible, fast, organized, and experienced cook**, passionate about gastronomy and capable of working collaboratively in a team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of cooking experience, preferably in a Chifa restaurant. * Experience preparing Oriental dishes. * Proficiency in using wok and high-heat cooking techniques. * Knowledge of mise en place and pre-preparation of ingredients. * Speed and strong performance during peak hours. * Cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the workplace. Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work restaurant hours. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare dishes according to Chifa recipes and standards. * Properly execute mise en place. * Operate wok, stoves, and other kitchen equipment. * Ensure correct cooking and presentation of dishes. * Maintain a well-stocked and organized workstation. * Verify ingredient quality and condition. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Keep the kitchen area clean and orderly. * Coordinate with the team to expedite order fulfillment. * Control portion sizes and minimize waste. * Assist with other necessary kitchen tasks. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment under Microenterprise payroll. * Salary commensurate with experience and performance. * Meals. * Positive work environment. * Training and adaptation to local processes. * Growth opportunities.
