Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Agent for access control, operational monitoring, risk prevention, and facility protection, providing assistance to visitors and employees. Key Highlights: 1. We are Outsourcing & Advisor, leaders in Recruitment & Selection services; on behalf of our client — specialists in automobile sales — we are currently seeking **Security Agents** for their office in **Surquillo**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Access and visitor control. * Reporting of incidents and anomalies. * Continuous monitoring of operational activities at the assigned branch. * Entry of visitor data. * Detection and prevention of risk situations and suspicious activities. * Providing assistance to visitors and employees during emergencies or as needed. * Surveillance and protection of facilities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a security agent. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Customer service orientation. * Willingness to commute to the Surquillo office. * Schedule: Rotating shifts (day and night) from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., rotating weekly. **BENEFITS:** * Salary of S/.1,950\. * Payroll enrollment from Day 1. * Ongoing training in security and customer service. * Job stability.
