Effective communication and incident resolution We are currently looking for a **Security Agent**, responsible for ensuring facility security, controlling access, and preventing incidents within the workshop. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Courses or training in security, surveillance, or access control (preferred). * Basic knowledge of vehicle entry and exit control in automotive workshops (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year as a security agent or surveillance personnel. * Experience in service companies, workshops, or warehouses is preferred. * Basic ability to maintain manual or digital records. * Basic knowledge of security protocols. **Knowledge:** * Access control and registration. * Observation and surveillance. * Risk situation management. * Effective communication. * Incident resolution. **Skills:** **General:** * Responsibility * Punctuality * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Honesty **Specific:** * Access control * Active surveillance * Ability to respond to incidents * Risk situation management * Effective communication **Conditions:** * Employment type: Full-time * Work modality: On-site Salary: S/.1,700.00 \- S/.2,400.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
