Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible security guard to manage access control, maintain a safe environment, and provide guidance to customers in a shopping mall. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and security in shopping mall 2. Daily reports and incident logging 3. Proactive attitude and customer orientation Requirements: * Proactive and responsible * Completed secondary education * Minimum 6 months of experience * Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (5 AM \- 5 PM) * No criminal record Duties: * Monitor and control customer entry into the shopping mall. * Submit daily reports to immediate supervisor and control center. * Maintain a safe and monitored environment, acting preventively in any unusual situation. * Record service incidents in the incident logbook. * Provide guidance to individuals visiting the service unit. * Assist with cleaning tasks when necessary. * Demonstrate empathy and a positive attitude. * Be proactive and responsible in all tasks.
