Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift and Service Supervisor to oversee operations, customer service, and staff, ensuring quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate shift staff 2. Ensure quality and efficiency of customer service 3. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards We are looking for a Shift and Service Supervisor who meets the following requirements: * Availability to work in Chancay. * Proven experience as a supervisor in restaurants/cafés or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor. * Working hours: 3\-12 PM. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with 1 day off. ***As a supervisor, you will perform the following duties:*** * Maintain all restaurant assets in optimal working condition. * Prepare and dispatch products according to Bravissimo standards. * Supervise customer service to ensure a courteous and efficient experience. * Verify product quality, presentation, and delivery times. * Coordinate staff during the shift. * Manage inventory and supplies. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and food safety standards. * Resolve customer incidents and support the team when necessary. * Report results and incidents to management. * Know, apply, and comply with sanitary regulations. **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with experience. * Career growth opportunities. * All statutory benefits. * Discount on store products. * Excellent work environment.
