Promotion of offers and loyalty programs A leading entertainment industry company is looking for a Slot Machine Operator who is customer-service oriented and highly responsible. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions: slot machine operator or cashier. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * Availability to work in Jesús María. **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized customer service, guiding patrons on the use and operation of slot machines. * Monitor the proper operational status of machines, identifying malfunctions and promptly reporting them to the technical department. * Conduct cash counts, reconciliations, and ticket audits in compliance with internal procedures. * Inform customers about and promote current promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, internal controls, and sector-specific regulations. * Immediately report any unusual situations, incidents, or suspicious behavior within the gaming floor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the general labor regime. * Full statutory benefits (annual bonus, CTS, profit-sharing, insurance, etc.). * Meal allowance covered. * Corporate discounts. * Career development path.
