Job Summary: We are seeking an SOC Technician to monitor security alerts, identify and escalate incidents, follow protocols, and document events. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous monitoring of security alerts. 2. Incident identification, analysis, and escalation. 3. Procedure and documentation tracking. **Profile: SOC Technician** **Company:** Konecta **Work Location:** Downtown Lima – Plaza San Martín **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuous monitoring of security alerts (SOC). * Identification, analysis, and escalation of security incidents. * Adherence to established procedures and protocols. * Logging and documentation of events and incidents. * Coordination with other technical teams as required. **Requirements:** * Availability to work **rotating 24/7 shifts**. * Availability for **morning, afternoon, and night shifts**. * Immediate availability to start work. * Technical training or studies in systems, networking, computer science, or related fields preferred. * Experience in monitoring, technical support, NOC/SOC preferred (not mandatory). **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Rotating 24/7 (morning, afternoon, and night shifts). * **Compensation:** S/ 1,400\.00 * **Employment Type:** MYPE payroll from day one. * **Location:** On-site – Downtown Lima (Plaza San Martín).
