Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams in roles such as Store Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator. * Leadership, organizational skills, and customer orientation. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Work Schedule * 48 hours per week. * Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * One day off per week.
