We are a construction company specializing in nationwide retail projects, and we are currently seeking to incorporate an **SSOMA Supervisor** committed to safety, prevention, and continuous improvement on site. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring compliance with current occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental regulations (e.g., Law No. 29783, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, among others). * Identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing control measures. * Supervising high-risk activities and verifying compliance with safety standards. * Conducting training sessions, inductions, drills, and safety awareness programs for personnel. * Coordinating OHS and environmental matters with site managers and subcontractors. * Managing environmental issues on site: waste, noise, emissions, and compliance with environmental standards. * Preparing SSOMA reports, indicators, summaries, and documentation. * Investigating and reporting work-related incidents and accidents. **What we are looking for in you:** * Degree holder, licensed, and registered in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as SSOMA Supervisor, SSOMA Specialist, or similar positions in building and/or retail construction projects. * Knowledge of integrated management systems. * First aid certification (desirable). * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by the project. **What we offer you:** * Join a solid and continuously growing company. * Participate in large-scale national projects. * Opportunities for professional learning and development. * Excellent working environment and safety-oriented culture. * Competitive remuneration aligned with market standards and experience. **How to apply?** Send your updated CV to kgomez@icmontegrande.com.pe or via WhatsApp to 908 840 819, with the subject line "SSOMA Supervisor – [Your Name]".
