Thus, we invite you to participate in our search for a **CQA Supervisor \-** **Mining / Puno** **Key Responsibilities:** * Development of Quality Plans. * Preparation of technical reports related to quality assurance for WSP CQA projects. * Development of work procedures related to quality assurance for WSP CQA projects. * Support in preparing deliverables for WSP CQA projects. * Support in preparing final project reports for WSP CQA projects. * Support in conducting internal technical audits for WSP CQA projects. * Support in managing RFIs, Technical Notes, etc., generated in WSP CQA projects. * Compliance with guidelines established in the Construction Projects CQA Plan and the WSP CQA Projects Management Plan. * Coverage of medical leave, vacations, or absences. * Compliance with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. \#Perú \#LI\-Hybrid **Professional Background:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering or related fields. * Preferred: Course and/or Diploma and/or Specialization in quality management and/or construction project management or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil supervision, quality supervision, QA/QC supervision roles across general projects. * Preference for candidates residing in Puno, Cusco, Arequipa, or nearby cities. * Availability to work on-site under field work arrangements. **Competencies:** * Excellence orientation * Customer orientation * Collaboration and teamwork * Commitment to the company * Innovation **Why Work at WSP?** **Our vision is to be undisputed leaders in our sector, creating sustainable environments for the future.** We are committed to making a positive impact and value diversity and inclusion.
