Opportunity to contribute to safety and well-being, leaving a legacy We are a Project Management company, currently seeking a professional with experience as an **Electromechanical Supervisor**. **What Are We Looking For?** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and processes outlined in the construction manual. **Requirements:** * University graduate/registered Mechanical-Electrical Engineer with over 7 years of experience * Minimum 8 years of experience supervising and controlling projects in retail, education, building construction, and multifamily housing (Mandatory) * Experience in electromechanical supervision, electrical and electronic installations, mechanical installations, and machinery * Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD * Willingness to work in Lima and provinces **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment * Review and validate documentation submitted by the contractor at the start, during, and after project completion * Prepare technical files for implementation and/or acquisition of new electromechanical equipment, as well as for implementation of new electrical power distribution systems **What Do We Offer?** * The opportunity to join a growing company in the field of project supervision and management * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and advance professionally * Formal employment contract with social benefits (MYPE regime) * The opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of our workers, leaving a positive legacy in the industry Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
