Position Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Intern to support coordination and preparation of payments, recording of transactions, updating of bank books, and monitoring of travel allowances. Key Highlights: 1. Support in coordinating and preparing payments to suppliers 2. Recording of payment transactions in SAP and Bank Books 3. Therefore, we are looking for a **TREASURY INTERN!** **IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:** * Support in coordinating and preparing payments to suppliers. * Support in preparing payments executed in SAP. * Support in recording payment transactions executed from SAP into Bank Books. * Support in updating Bank Books. * Support in reviewing travel allowance requests from Installation, Maintenance, and Repair departments. * Support in monitoring and verifying travel allowance reports, petty cash reports, and employee mobility payroll sheets. * Support in monitoring payments pending reconciliation. * Support in monitoring insurance payments \- Support in attending to suppliers. * Support in handling internet banking applications. * Submit any reports related to the area (Administration / Treasury) to management. * Perform other duties related to the area as assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Comply with documentation requested by the Quality Management System. * Comply with documentation requested by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Students in the final cycles of Business Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Administration programs. * Knowledge of tax withholdings (Detracciones), General Sales Tax (IGV), tax retentions (Retenciones), tax perceptions (Percepciones), and tax documentation.
