Currently, we are seeking **Sales Associates** for our physical stores located in **Mesa Redonda** and **Breña**. We seek dynamic, responsible, and service-oriented individuals committed to delivering an excellent customer service experience and contributing to the growth of our organization. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in customer service or sales in retail stores (**optional**). * Experience in wholesale and retail sales. * Charismatic, empathetic, proactive, and results-oriented individual. * Basic-level Office software proficiency. * Teamwork capability. * Punctuality and honesty. * Residency in nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Restock products on shelves and verify available inventory. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned area. * Assist customers by providing clear product information. * Handle requests and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels. * Perform other duties assigned by the store supervisor. **Offered:** * Monthly salary: **S/. 1,450.00 – S/. 1,500.00** * 15-day vacation upon completing one year of employment. * Enrollment in the microenterprise labor regime (ONP or AFP affiliation and ESSALUD coverage.
