Evaluate and control operating expenses and prepare improvement statistics **Date:** May 9, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Provide analytical support and coordinate warehouse operational processes to ensure inbound and outbound product flows at the Distribution Center under safety and quality standards. **What will you do in your role?** * Supervise warehouse administrative management * Configure and manage the warehouse management system (EWM – SAP) * Monitor warehouse stock by reconciling inventories and internal audits * Report to the commercial area on local dispatch progress, scheduling, and billing * Coordinate with various warehouse teams, plants, and planning departments to address necessary stock receipt activities * Supervise the Logistic Operator’s service across its different processes: storage, dispatch, receipt, inventories, and NCR management * Evaluate and control monthly operating expenses * Develop and track distribution objectives, plans, and projections * Prepare statistics to identify improvements in area management and productivity * Support the Shift Supervisor in warehouse personnel management. **What do we need from you?** * 2 years of experience in warehouse or related positions; experience in fast-moving consumer goods is preferred * University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Additional studies, courses, or workshops in Warehouse Distribution (preferred) * Languages: Intermediate English (preferred) * Software proficiency: SAP (user-level proficiency preferred) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Basic-level Power BI user proficiency * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) * Availability to work at the Lurín site.
