Job stability At **Booster Group Perú S.A.C.**, we are looking for a **Welding Assistant** to join our Production team at our **Chorrillos** location. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits from day one. * Timely payments and job stability. * Continuous learning opportunities in the industrial sector. * Excellent working environment. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies (ongoing, incomplete, or completed) in metallurgical-mechanical engineering or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a welding assistant, production assistant, or in workshops. * Basic knowledge or familiarity with **MIG or MAG welding processes**. * Safe handling of power tools (angle grinder, drill, and cutting machine). * Residence in **Chorrillos** or southern Lima areas. **Responsibilities:** * Support welding operations and metal fabrication. * Prepare materials and tools for daily work. * Perform polishing, finishing of welded parts, and maintain area order and cleanliness.
