Opportunity for career development within the company A metal-mechanical company with over 20 years of experience in the Arequipa market, specializing in stainless steel projects (railings, frames, etc.) \- 0 Stainless Steel Welding Assistants **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in fabricating stainless steel projects (railings, frames, etc.) for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. \- Perform welding, polishing, grinding, cutting, and measuring of stainless steel and aluminum tubes (skills acquired on the job). \- Ensure all stainless steel projects comply with industry standards and occupational health and safety regulations. \- Follow the schedule provided by management to meet project deadlines. \- Maintain a clean and safe working environment. \- Follow instructions from supervisors and technical staff. \- Attend training and development courses as required. **Requirements:** \- No prior experience required. \- Willingness to learn and work in a team. \- Ability to work effectively and safely. \- Good physical condition and ability to firmly hold stainless steel tubes during grinding or polishing. \- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work. \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \- Availability to work overtime, paid (in urgent cases). \- Minimum commitment to develop within the company for at least 6 months. **We Offer:** \- Biweekly payments \- Job stability \- Travel allowance **Work Location:** Paucarpata \- Villa Jesús, near the Baños de Jesús Zoo. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; Saturday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.1,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Where do you currently reside?
