The professional will be responsible for leading, supervising, coordinating, and controlling the execution of activities related to telecommunications infrastructure and radiofrequency system implementation, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and client-defined technical requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise field implementation activities of the **Cisco WiFi\-Mesh network**, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, and quality standards. * Lead and supervise technical crews during the installation of **Cisco Access Points (AP Cisco)**, sector antennas, omnidirectional antennas, and other telecommunications infrastructure. * Coordinate assigned human, material, and logistical resources to ensure operational continuity. * Coordinate with the client on activity scheduling, area release, and project progress tracking. * Supervise antenna installation and **work at height**, verifying strict adherence to mining safety regulations. * Validate **wireless network connectivity, coverage, and functionality tests** prior to client handover. * Prepare technical progress reports, project documentation, and schedule control records. * Coordinate with HSE and Quality departments to ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures. * Identify risks, incidents, and deviations during project execution, implementing corrective actions to ensure achievement of established objectives. **Requirements** * **Graduated, licensed, and registered** in **Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics Engineering.** * Minimum of **three (03) years** of experience as a Field Supervisor in mining telecommunications projects. * **Cisco CCNA certification** or solid knowledge of Cisco technologies (preferred). * Implementation and administration of **WiFi networks** and **Mesh networks**. * Installation and configuration of **Cisco Access Points (AP Cisco)**. * Installation, alignment, and mounting of **sector antennas** and **omnidirectional antennas**. * Knowledge of wireless technologies operating at **2\.4 GHz** and **5\.7 GHz** frequencies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Google Earth. * Willingness to travel. * Ability to prepare technical reports and project documentation. * Familiarity with mining operational safety procedures (ATS, IPERC, PETAR, and HSE standards). **Skills** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Results orientation. **Benefits** * Participation in a high-impact project. * Covered per diems. * Timely payments. * Opportunity for professional development. * Excellent work environment.
