Job Summary: We are seeking a 360-Degree Communicator to write scripts, edit videos, and create graphic designs, with a focus on technology and digital content. Key Highlights: 1. Development of content strategies and metrics **360-Degree Communicator (Remote Work)** **1\. SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM * 2 Saturdays per month: 8 AM – 12 PM * Flexible hours **2\. WORK MODE** * Objective-based work * Virtual meetings * Daily progress reporting * Other coordination tasks **3\. MANDATORY EQUIPMENT** * Laptop / PC * Preferred GPU: RTX 4060 or higher * Must support specialized software and 3K\-4K rendering **4\. RESPONSIBILITIES** * Scriptwriting * Audiovisual material organization * Video editing * Graphic design * Photo editing (color grading and retouching) * Assisting in content calendar development * Biweekly KPI evaluation * Attending scheduled meetings (virtual) * Other relevant tasks **5\. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of and passion for technology * Proficiency in software (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro) * Intermediate/advanced English * Experience using AI tools for digital content creation (photos and videos) * Knowledge of Google Ads / advertising campaigns * Ability to develop social media metrics (KPIs) * Website and landing page creation (**PLUS**) * Currently enrolled in the 5th semester or higher (**PLUS**) **6\. PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED** * Advanced expertise in digital media * Based in Lima, Peru * Experience working in digital media **7\. COMPENSATION: USD 350 (Monthly)** \- Increase to **USD 400 per month** after a **4-month probation period**, subject to performance review. **8\.
