Job Summary: Supervise and carry out documentary and legal procedures before SUNARP, including company incorporation and purchase-sale transactions, with extensive notarial knowledge. Key Points: 1. Comprehensive management of legal and documentary procedures before SUNARP. 2. Essential handling of prescriptive matters and non-contentious cases. 3. Supervision of staff and customer service. Responsibilities: Supervise and review customers' documents prior to submission to SUNARP Supervise and conduct registration procedures for company incorporation, RUC assignment, modifications, and all other legal processes. Supervise and manage the submission of documentation for customers' purchase-sale transactions. Handling of PRESCRIPTIVE MATTERS / NON-CONTENTIOUS CASES (Essential) Supervise assigned personnel to ensure proper customer service and daily task completion. Extensive knowledge of Notarial Procedures.
