Requirements: • Graduates in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or technical programs in Administration and Accounting. • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant, Administrative–Accounting Assistant, or similar role. • Intermediate Excel proficiency. • Availability to work in Surco. Responsibilities: • Receiving general documentation, merchandising, etc. • Coordinating customer collections. • Performing bank reconciliation and maintaining accounting records. • Verifying payments. • Managing, controlling, and preparing petty cash reports for the department. • Coordinating and executing procurement processes for goods acquired by the company. • Controlling and recording transfers or movements of goods within company departments. • Coordinating and timely processing payments for municipal fees, utilities, maintenance, and other expenses required for normal company operations. • Monitoring appropriate use of communication tools (mobile, landline, and other devices). • Preparing the schedule of pending withholding tax payments. • Recording and archiving supplier invoices. • Preparing accounts payable and receivable reports, and issuing corresponding checks every Friday. • Issuing invoices, receipts, credit notes, and shipping guides. • Complying with applicable procedures for assigned tasks. • Ensuring internal customer satisfaction. • Complying with the Internal Work Regulations. • Performing other duties as requested by superiors.
