Deliver personalized, high-value service to potential clients — the company provides you with a large, daily-updated client base. Actively promote land plot sales in our projects located in the SOUTH. Main Responsibilities: * Contact and qualify potential clients via phone calls, messages, or other channels to generate interest and project visits. * Serve clients in the sales office and/or remotely (via Zoom), providing clear, persuasive, and closing-oriented information. * Meet targets outlined in the Commission Policy. * Prepare and manage client files, tracking initial payment collection. * Register and manage client information in the assigned system, ensuring traceability of commercial processes. * Participate in activations, fairs, and promotional events as required. * Other duties related to the nature of the position. 100% on-site work in San Isidro and at activation events. **Base salary: S/.1300\.** **Commissions and incentives: S/.700 per plot.** **Our advisors sell between 4 and 15 plots monthly, enabling monthly earnings exceeding S/.10,000.** Formal employment registration.
