Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle commercial management and customer service in the financial sector, providing advisory services, managing operations, and preparing reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages customer relationships and financial operations. 2. Tracks operations and manages credit lines. 3. Prepares statistical reports for sales analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Administration, Business, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in business units, commercial management, and customer service within financial sector companies. Proficiency in database management and preparation of executive presentations. Advanced-level proficiency in MS Office. Desirable: experience in financial analysis and general knowledge of banking and/or capital markets. Responsibilities Promptly and efficiently address customer inquiries, requests, and requirements. Provide personalized advisory services regarding documentation and requirements necessary for operations. Update, organize, and maintain customer files and corresponding contact information. Enter and validate operations through the Disbursement Executor, ensuring compliance with current policies. Continuously track operations until their proper completion, coordinating with relevant departments. Prepare and manage credit line requests with the Risk Unit. Manage and validate legal documentation required for credit line activation, coordinating signatures and contracts. Prepare statistical reports for sales analysis, monthly projections, and collections management. Provide administrative, commercial, and collections support to the business unit, ensuring high-quality service. Working Conditions Workplace: Miraflores.
