Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Communicator 360 with experience in scriptwriting, video editing, and graphic design to support the creation and evaluation of digital content. Development of metrics and KPI evaluation on social media. **Digital Communicator 360 (Remote Work)** **1\. WORK HOURS** * Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM * 2 Saturdays per month: 8 AM – 12 PM * Flexible schedule **2\. WORK MODALITY** * Objective-based work * Virtual meetings * Progress reporting during the day * Other coordination tasks **3\. MANDATORY EQUIPMENT** * Laptop / PC * Preferred GPU: RTX 4060 or higher * Must support specialized software and 3K\-4K rendering **4\. RESPONSIBILITIES** * Scriptwriting * Organizing audiovisual material * Video editing * Graphic design * Photo editing (color grading and retouching) * Assisting in building content calendars * Biweekly KPI evaluation * Attending scheduled meetings (virtual) * Other relevant tasks **5\. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of and passion for technology * Proficiency in software (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro) * Intermediate/advanced English * Experience using AI tools for digital content creation (photos and videos) * Knowledge of Google Ads / advertising campaigns * Ability to develop social media metrics (KPIs) * Webpage and landing page creation (**PLUS**) * Currently enrolled in 5th semester or beyond (**PLUS**) **6\. NOT EXCLUSIVE** * Advanced level in digital media * Based in Lima, Peru * Experience working in digital media **7\. COMPENSATION: USD 350 (monthly)** \- Increase to **USD 400 monthly** after a **4-month probation period**, subject to performance review. **8\.
