Position Summary:
Provide pedagogical accompaniment to girls, boys, and adolescents to strengthen their competencies and contribute to their holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pedagogical accompaniment and reinforcement for children and adolescents
2. Advisory support to caregivers in educational assistance
3. Contribution to the holistic development of children
Provide accompaniment to girls, boys, and adolescents participating in family-like care services, supporting their development and strengthening of learning competencies and skills to contribute to their holistic development.
**Key Functions and Challenges:**
1\. Provide pedagogical accompaniment and reinforcement aligned with the educational needs of girls, boys, and adolescents.
2\. Advise and accompany SOS caregivers in the educational assistance and support they provide to girls, boys, and adolescents under their care.
3\. Contribute to the program’s planning and monitoring process according to activities within the social pedagogical line.
4\. Implement actions ensuring proper application of the child and youth safeguarding policy across program services and projects.
5\. Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisor.
**Our Ideal Candidate:**
1\. Degree holder in Education.
2\. Two years of experience in educational activities, teaching, and/or educational reinforcement within formal education.
3\. Knowledge of training program design, academic remediation for school delay, and addressing learning gaps.
4\. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
