This position combines functions of QA, advanced technical support, and development. We seek an organized, responsible individual capable of investigating issues, documenting solutions, and helping build scalable internal processes. **What will you do?** * Test new features before launch. * Identify, document, and report bugs. * Support the programming team by developing new features and fixing minor bugs. * Validate fixes implemented by the development team. * Investigate incidents reported by customers. * Support the support team in generating solutions. The selected candidate will begin by participating in QA, advanced technical support, and development tasks. Our goal is that, as they become familiar with the product and operations, they progressively assume coordination responsibilities, process improvements, and leadership roles within the area.
