Position Summary: We are seeking a commercial intern to manage sales, serve customers, analyze data, and develop new channels in an e-commerce environment. Key Highlights: 1. Information analysis and preparation of administrative reports The company responsible for selling various products via E\-COMMERCE is currently looking for an E\-COMMERCE COMMERCIAL INTERNSHIP. **Requirements:** * Age: 19 years or older * Customer service experience (preferred) * Currently enrolled in, or having completed, technical or university studies * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency (mandatory) * Remote work capabilities **Responsibilities:** * Information analysis * Preparing and presenting administrative reports and reports * Auditing assigned accounts (commercial) * Providing product-related advisory support to customers to ensure satisfaction * Receiving, filtering, and registering customer inquiries * Identifying and managing customers via calls and messages (customer service) * Post-sales customer support and follow-up * Logging into the system and handling customer requests and/or complaints * Administrative reporting * Managing sales channels * Creating new sales channels * CRM and WhatsApp management * Developing new sales channels on marketplace platforms * Customer retention **Benefits:** * Base salary: S/.600\.00 per month Rxh plus sales commissions * Commissions based on sales targets * Timely payments * Incentives aligned with achievement of personal objectives **Schedule and Work Modality:** * Our office is located in Santiago de Surco * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Fully remote/virtual Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.600\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Lima
