**About You**
In this Production Technician Intern role, you will focus on winning with consumers and the market, placing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
* Monitor and control processes (checklists, tracking sheets, etc.) to minimize downtime and unplanned stoppages.
* Lead problem analysis using various continuous improvement tools. Example: Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Propose and implement effective solutions for recurring issues, ensuring equipment reliability.
* Maintain a culture of continuous improvement in reducing conversion costs (maintenance and production) and production costs (raw materials).
* Perform CTI (Clean-to-Inspect) according to the established schedule and manage compliance with autonomous care cards across various equipment.
* Ensure machine cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance in accordance with quality standards.
* Provide technical support to different sections of the production line under your responsibility.
* Prepare detailed shift reports, documenting key points relevant to operational continuity.
To succeed in this position, you will need the following qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**
* Completed secondary education
* Technical studies in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Plant Maintenance, Production Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
**Desired Qualifications**
* Preferred knowledge and/or experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies operating production machinery.
* Preferred SAP/R3 system proficiency
* Preferred basic proficiency in Office/Microsoft 365\.
