Employment Conditions * Base salary: S/ 1,500 * Bonus: S/ 500 * Location: La Victoria * Work modality: On-site (Monday to Friday) \+ remote Saturday Responsibilities * End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes * Execution of mass and operational recruitment processes * Posting job vacancies across various recruitment channels * Resume screening, candidate interviews, and evaluations * Tracking and closing of selection processes Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection * Proven experience in operational roles * Proficiency in using various recruitment channels * Experience in the gastronomic sector * Results-oriented approach with focus on goal achievement * Immediate availability Desired Profile We seek professionals with a high level of commitment, proactivity, ability to work under pressure, and results orientation, who are interested in developing themselves in a challenging and continuously growing environment.
