Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Freelancer to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes—from job profile definition to vacancy closure. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Freelancer** to support active client recruitment processes. * Job Objective To independently manage recruitment and selection processes—from job profile definition to vacancy closure—ensuring candidate submissions align with client requirements. Responsibilities * Define and validate the job profile, employment conditions, working hours, and benefits—ensuring clear information for applicants. * Design and implement multichannel recruitment strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media). * Draft and publish job advertisements targeted to the ideal candidate profile. * Conduct resume screening and pre\-assessments—prioritizing quality over volume. * Submit shortlisted candidates within agreed timelines. * Support the entire process until vacancy closure. * Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database. * Meet established timeframes and quality standards. Requirements * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in recruitment and selection. * Experience recruiting **operational, commercial, call center, security agent, and technical** profiles (consulting firm experience preferred). * Proficiency in job boards and digital recruitment tools. * Ability to work goal- and results-oriented. * Office proficiency: Basic. * Graphic design platform proficiency (CANVA, Freepik, etc.): Basic \- Intermediate. * Work arrangement: **Freelance / Independent**. * Personal equipment and stable internet connection required.
