Job Summary: Proditics Study Group is seeking responsible and committed professionals to deliver 100% virtual private and group tutoring sessions as mentors. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery of dynamic and personalized classes via Zoom Proditics Study Group is seeking responsible and committed professionals to deliver private and/or small-group classes in a fully virtual format. **Professional and Personal Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Final-year student, graduate, or degree holder in Education, Engineering, or disciplines related to the subject taught. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (private or group, delivered virtually), with proven ability to simplify complex topics. * **Mentor Profile:** We seek individuals with exceptional empathy and interpersonal connection. We do not want "teaching machines," but mentors who inspire trust and accompany students in their personalized learning journey. * **Excellent technology proficiency:** Advanced use of gamified educational apps such as Wordwall, Kahoot, and/or Wayground. Roblox is also acceptable. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent diction, verbal fluency, and ability to motivate children and adolescents. * **Organization:** Proactive individual with strong self-management skills regarding scheduling and timely submission of pedagogical reports. * **Ethics:** Absolute commitment to punctuality and honesty in reporting student progress. **Required Subjects (Priority):** * **Mathematics** (Primary, Secondary, and PRE levels). * **Languages:** English, Italian, German (certification required). **Complementary Areas (Workshops):** We are also seeking specialists for future workshops on: Chess, Programming for Children, Singing, and Content Creation. **(Future opportunity; applications are welcome now)** **Your Responsibilities:** * Delivery of dynamic and personalized classes via Zoom. * Rigorous tracking of student progress throughout the period contracted by the student's parent/guardian. * **Review and Feedback:** Correct assigned student activities and provide constructive feedback during or after the session. * **Session Report:** Complete the reporting form at the end of each class (progress, topics covered, pending assignments). * **Class Recording** **Technical Requirements:** * Functional laptop or PC for virtual classes (no smartphones). * Stable internet connection (wired connection preferred). * HD camera and microphone with clear audio. * Expert-level proficiency with virtual whiteboards (**Miro**, Notability, PowerPoint, OpenBoard, etc.) and **Zoom**. **What We Offer:** * Timely hourly payment (S/ 17 – S/ 25 depending on level and specialization). * Flexible hours aligned with your availability (primarily afternoon slots), based on student availability. * Streamlined administrative management so you can focus on teaching. **Important:** You will be asked to submit a 10–15 minute recorded sample lesson simulating a session with a student.
