Job Summary: We are seeking a Trainer for the Customer Service Center with experience in team training, focused on talent development and achievement of performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Development of interactive activities to promote learning. ***What Are We Looking For?*** At XSell, we are seeking a **Trainer for the Customer Service Center (CAVE)** with experience in training commercial and operational teams, oriented toward talent development and achievement of performance indicators. ***Responsibilities*** * Deliver in-person and remote training sessions to Customer Service Center (CAVE) staff. * Provide induction, ongoing mentoring, and continuous reinforcement to employees. * Train staff on operational and commercial processes, as well as customer service protocols. * Monitor employee performance and learning throughout their training process. * Prepare reports, attendance records, and follow-up documentation using Microsoft Office tools. * Ensure compliance with quality standards during training sessions. * Design and implement interactive activities and exercises that foster learning and team integration. ***Requirements*** * Experience in training, facilitation, or group management. * Experience delivering in-person and/or remote training. * Knowledge of operational and commercial processes. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication skills, leadership, organization, and service orientation. ***Benefits*** * **Fixed monthly salary of S/ 1,400.** * **Variable compensation of up to more than S/ 300**, subject to achievement of training, attendance, performance, and productivity indicators. * Career development path. * Excellent work environment. * Ongoing training opportunities. ***Position Type*** * Full-time. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
