Job Summary: Responsible for accounting and tax management, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading an operational accounting team, with emphasis on financial statement preparation. Job Objective Responsible for the company's accounting and tax management, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate preparation of financial statements, and leading an operational accounting team. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and supervise the company's accounting records. * Prepare and consolidate financial statements (IFRS / IAS). * Supervise and coordinate the accounting team (recording, analysis, and control). * Ensure timely filing of monthly and annual tax returns. * Control costs, provisions, and accounting closings. * Prepare accounting and tax reports for management. * Coordinate with Finance/Treasury for reconciliations and closings. * Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax regulations. Requirements * Degree in Accounting (Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred). * Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience, including experience leading small teams or functions. * Knowledge of: * IFRS / IAS * Taxation * Financial statements * Experience with Starsoft (preferred). * Organizational skills, technical judgment, and supervisory capability. Important Note This position does not handle payments or cash flow management but validates accounting information related to treasury.
