Record and organize accounting information (vouchers, invoices, supporting documents). Provide basic accounting guidance (account verification and document validation). Prepare and update administrative and accounting reports. Maintain the institutional document archive up to date. Follow up on administrative requests and support operational tasks. Other duties assigned by management. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role (preferably 1 year). Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
