**Job Description:**
Provide support to the Accounting department in recording, controlling, and organizing the company's accounting and financial documentation, contributing to proper voucher processing, reconciliations, account analysis, and compliance with internal procedures.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Student in final semesters or graduate of Accounting or related fields.
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Proactivity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
* Availability for full-time employment.
* Residency in nearby areas (desirable).
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Record and process payment vouchers in the company's accounting system.
* Review invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, payment receipts, and other accounting documents.
* Verify that vouchers meet established requirements for recording and subsequent accounting treatment.
* Support the recording and control of company purchases, services, and expenses.
* Assist in bank account and financial transaction reconciliations.
* Track and control pending documents requiring registration or regularization.
* Support account analysis and reconciliation.
* Organize, classify, and archive accounting and financial documentation.
* Support accounts payable and accounts receivable control.
* Record and control tax withholdings, deductions, and other tax-related items under supervision of the Accounting department.
* Assist in preparing information and documentation required for tax filings.
* Review and organize documentation related to transportation services and operational expenses.
* Support preparation of accounting control reports and dashboards using Excel.
* Coordinate with Operations, Administration, Treasury, and Logistics departments for documentation collection and regularization.
* Maintain up-to-date and organized accounting information to facilitate monthly closings.
* Comply with internal procedures, company policies, and other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
