




A media and influencer marketing agency is seeking an ADMINISTRATOR Requirements: · Graduates or Bachelor's degree holders in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum three years of experience in small and medium-sized service companies (Preferable if experience is in an agency). · Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (including pivot tables). · Intermediate English proficiency. · Financial knowledge and understanding of departmental structures. · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: · Personnel management (attendance tracking, contracts, personnel files, etc.). · Collections management (invoice issuance, email campaigns, information updates). · Treasury management (invoice tracking, coordination of supplier payments, etc.). · Administrative management (invoice issuance, process follow-up with suppliers and clients).
