Excellent work environment and opportunities for professional growth. **Renaser Consulting** is seeking an **Agronomy or Biology Intern** to join an important **real estate project** located in **Uchumayo, Arequipa**. We are looking for a candidate with interest and knowledge in green area management, irrigation systems, and plant species propagation, who wishes to gain experience in a project where sustainability and proper water resource management are fundamental. **Responsibilities** * Support the implementation and maintenance of the project’s green areas. * Participate in the installation, supervision, and maintenance of irrigation networks and systems. * Provide support in plant propagation, transplanting, and care activities. * Support efficient water management and monitoring of irrigation system performance. * Conduct field inspections and record technical information. * Collaborate with the technical team in planning and executing activities related to the project’s environmental and landscape components. * Prepare basic progress reports and field observations. **Requirements** * Student in final semesters or graduate in Agronomy, Biology, or related fields. * Knowledge or pre-professional experience in: * Irrigation networks or systems. * Plant propagation and management. * Water resource management. * Maintenance of green areas, nurseries, or crops (desirable). * Basic Microsoft Office skills. * Availability to work on-site in Uchumayo, Arequipa. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, ability to work in the field, and eagerness to learn. **Benefits** * Opportunity to participate in a real estate project with impact on regional development. * Practical learning and technical mentoring. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for professional growth. * Salary: S/1130\.00 **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Uchumayo, Arequipa Workplace: On-site employment
