Evaluation of AI platforms and models in enterprise environments DESCRIPTION A major financial sector institution, with a highly complex technology ecosystem and a strategic Artificial Intelligence program, is seeking a **Technology Architect – AI** to join its Architecture and Technology team. This position has a **cross-functional and enterprise-wide scope**, participating in defining and evolving the Artificial Intelligence architecture, reference architectures, standards, patterns, and guidelines for adopting Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation. The role combines **strategic architecture and end\-to\-end solution design**, collaborating with technology, architecture, data, security, business, and technology vendor teams. **Responsibilities** * Define and evolve reference architectures and patterns for Generative AI, Agentic AI, Copilots, and intelligent automation solutions. * Design and validate end\-to\-end architectures for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and corporate technology architecture. * Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for designing, developing, and deploying AI-based solutions. * Design architectures based on LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, multi-agent systems, and multimodal models. * Evaluate new AI platforms, models, vendors, and frameworks, participating in PoCs and technical evaluations. * Define governance, security, traceability, observability, access control, and risk management criteria for AI solutions. * Design scalable, resilient, and sustainable architectures, considering continuity, availability, and cost efficiency. * Provide specialized advisory support to technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders, serving as a cross-functional AI architecture subject-matter expert. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields. * More than **5 years of experience** in technology architecture, solution architecture, cloud architecture, or enterprise platforms. * More than **2 years of experience** designing or evaluating AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions in enterprise environments. * Experience defining standards, guidelines, patterns, or reference architectures. * Experience in enterprise cloud environments, with **Microsoft Azure** as the primary platform. * Experience designing scalable, resilient, and distributed systems, including APIs, microservices, integration, and event\-driven architectures. * Knowledge of architectures based on **LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, MCP Servers, AI Gateway, and multi-agent systems**. * Familiarity with agent frameworks such as **Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Strands**, or equivalent. * Knowledge of cloud security, data governance, privacy, identity, and risk management applied to AI solutions. * Understanding of enterprise architecture. Experience with **TOGAF, ArchiMate**, or other frameworks is desirable. * Proficiency in Python, Java, or .NET/C\# development. * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, security professionals, and technology vendors. * Intermediate technical English. **Desirable** * Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries. * Experience in corporate AI adoption programs. * Certifications in Azure AI, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ArchiMate, COBIT, ITIL, cybersecurity, or AI governance.
