We are looking for a **CONTROLLER ANALYST** On-site mode \- **Miraflores** **Responsibilities:** * Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from various company departments. * Prepare management, cost, billing, and tracking reports to support decision-making. * Monitor compliance with indicators (KPIs), objectives, and action plans. * Analyze project costs, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Accounting departments to ensure reliable and timely information. * Track billing, valuations, and supporting documentation for projects. * Provide analytical and documentary support to Management for preparing strategic reports and information. * Monitor the progress of commitments, promptly alerting delays or deviations. * Administer and maintain the management tracking and control system up-to-date. * Propose improvements to control, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination processes. * Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in management control, cost analysis, billing, projects, or administrative, financial, or logistics areas. * Knowledge of management control, information analysis, and executive report preparation. * Experience in project cost analysis, billing, and valuations. * Familiarity with management indicators (KPIs) and action plan tracking. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. * Power BI or reporting tools (**desirable**). * Basic level of English. * Availability to travel to Colombia approximately every 2 months for periods of 15 days. * Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and work with information from various departments.
