Position Summary: We are seeking a specialized technician in AI and automation to develop and integrate solutions, and to analyze and optimize administrative and commercial processes using digital tools. Practical approach and engineering mindset We seek an Artificial Intelligence and automation specialist capable of developing and integrating AI solutions with internal systems (ERP, CRM, Operations, HR) via APIs, Low Code, and Full Code; analyzing, optimizing, and transforming administrative and commercial processes using technological tools such as Power BI, AI command prompts, and other digital solutions. REQUIREMENTS: Education in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to business. Experience in automating administrative processes. Experience with Power BI (mandatory). Familiarity with automation tools (Python, RPA, Power Automate, etc.). Analytical ability and results orientation. Prior experience in process optimization (preferred). RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and map existing administrative processes. Identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Design and implement AI-based solutions. Develop dashboards and KPIs in Power BI. Automate tasks using advanced Excel (macros, VBA, Power Query, etc.). Integrate digital tools to optimize operational efficiency. Propose data-driven continuous improvements.
