Location: San Luis, Lima \- Lima Employment Type: Full-time Job Objective Provide commercial advisory services to customers, generate new business opportunities, and ensure effective sales closure, contributing to the growth of the commercial department. Main Responsibilities · Respond to customer inquiries via social media, website, and telephone calls. · Make outbound calls to prospects and register new customers in the system. · Send presentation letters and/or brochures via email and WhatsApp. · Prepare quotations using the internal system. · Conduct ongoing follow-up on sent quotations. · Offer, advise, and recommend products according to customer needs. · Manage relationships with suppliers and customers to finalize sales. · Promote products on social media and WhatsApp. · Guide customers throughout the purchasing process, including benefits of direct credit. · Inform customers about warranties, repairs, and coordinate product delivery. Job Targets · Achieve monthly sales targets. · Attain the minimum quotation-to-closure conversion rate. · Maintain active follow-up with the customer portfolio. · Increase acquisition of new customers. Requirements · Minimum education: Completed secondary education. · Age: Between 20 and 30 years old. · Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and social media. · Prior sales experience is not required (training will be provided). · Availability to work during standard business hours.
