Job Summary: NUTRASTEVIA EIRL is seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure compliance with standards, analyze data, and control production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verification and assurance of product quality during production. 2. Data analysis for continuous improvement of non-conforming products. 3. Control of manuals, instructions, and documentation related to food safety and quality. NUTRASTEVIA EIRL, a company dedicated to the manufacturing of sweeteners with over 14 years of market leadership, is currently seeking a QUALITY ASSISTANT. **Requirements** Graduate or degree holder in university and/or technical programs related to food industry, agro-industry, food science, or related fields. Experience in sampling and analysis. Knowledge of the Codex Alimentarius and the Food Sanitation Regulation. Application of HACCP plans and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); meticulous product quality control. Preferably residing in the districts of Los Olivos, SMP, Callao, or Independencia. Workplace: SMP, Ref. Av. Canta Callao at Av. Carlos Izaguirre. Years of experience: minimum 6 months to 1 year in quality. Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. **Immediate Availability** · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office **Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Verify products during the production process to ensure compliance with established parameters so that the product meets customer requirements. 2\.\- Analyze quality control data collected at the plant to propose improvements for non-conforming products. 3\.\- Determine whether products are accepted or rejected based on their characteristics for delivery to the customer or reprocessing. 4\.\- Execute departmental procedures and instructions, and where applicable, record data in the corresponding forms to ensure proper tracking. 5\.\- Support adherence to quality standards throughout all process phases. 6\.\- Update and control manuals, instructions, procedures, and all documentation related to product safety and quality. 7\.\- Update and control manuals, instructions, procedures, and all documentation related to product safety and quality. 8\.\- Supervise and maintain detailed records of formats established in the HACCP Plan, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP). 9\.\- Control of goods incoming and outgoing. 10\.\- Responsible for implementing pest control programs. 11\.\- Responsible for implementing pest control programs. **Benefits** * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments * Formal payroll enrollment starting from the 3rd month, subject to evaluation * Benefits for small and medium-sized enterprises (MYPE) * SCTR insurance Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,499\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,499\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
