Job Summary: We are seeking a graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Food Industries for a Quality Assistant position focused on monitoring and ensuring compliance with production standards. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in ensuring food quality and safety. 2. Verification of Good Manufacturing Practices and Hygiene. We are Delinkatessen Gourmet Group S.A.C., a company specializing in processing Yellow Ají Pepper Pastes and Jams. We are currently seeking a graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Food Industries for the position of Quality Assistant. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the Quality department of food processing companies. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Thorough knowledge of GMP/PHS. * Preferably residing in districts near Ate, Santa Anita, or La Molina. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct sampling and laboratory analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, recording results promptly and reliably. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hygiene and Sanitation Program (PHS), and other established quality procedures. * Ensure that quality and safety specifications of the product (process parameters, presentation, labeling, etc.) are met during production. * Prepare and send samples to external laboratories as required. * Draft documents related to the Quality department. * Perform other duties assigned. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am \- 5:56 pm; Saturday, 7:30 am \- 1:00 pm We Offer: \*MYPE Payroll Contract: \*Appropriate compensation for overtime hours.
