Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation and Digital Projects Analyst to optimize and scale commercial and marketing processes through project management, CRM automation, and data analysis. Analyze data and generate recommendations At Moventi, we are looking for an **Automation and Digital Projects Analyst** specialized in **HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics**. Work Modality: Hybrid Job Objective: Optimize and scale commercial and marketing processes through digital project management, CRM automation, and strategic data analysis. Main Responsibilities: * Manage and track automation, CRM, and digital platform projects in coordination with vendors and internal departments. * Perform functional configuration in HubSpot and Dynamics: workflows, forms, landing pages, and digital assets. * Build and update dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify, document, and design process improvement proposals for commercial and marketing operations. * Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of digital campaigns. * Analyze key data and generate concrete recommendations to optimize processes and outcomes. Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years leading or executing digital automation projects and platform management. **Specific Experience:** Proficiency in functional configuration of HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, workflows, landing pages, and management dashboard creation.
