At **peruBN**, we seek a **Back\-End Programmer** with experience in developing enterprise applications and services, capable of designing, developing, and implementing robust, secure, and scalable solutions. The candidate will be responsible for business logic development, system integration, database administration, and building APIs supporting the organization’s applications. We seek a person passionate about programming, with analytical thinking, results orientation, and commitment to sound software development practices. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Back\-End applications. * Analyze functional and technical requirements for software solution implementation. * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services for platform integration. * Implement business logic for enterprise applications. * Design, administer, and optimize relational and non-relational databases. * Develop integrations with ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and third-party services. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and availability. * Implement application authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms. * Develop automation and system integration processes. * Participate in software architecture design and technical standards definition. * Prepare technical documentation for code and implemented solutions. * Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and incident resolution. * Apply sound programming practices, version control, and code review. * Actively participate in digital innovation and transformation projects. * Research new technologies that add value to development projects. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum **2 years** of software development experience. * Experience developing web and enterprise applications. * Experience working with relational databases. * Experience integrating systems via APIs and web services. * Experience using agile development methodologies. **Technical Knowledge** * Programming in **Python, PHP, JavaScript, C\# or Java**. * Application development using modern frameworks (Laravel, Django, Flask, .NET, Node.js or similar). * Front\-End development with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular. * Administration and design of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or MariaDB databases. * Consumption and development of RESTful APIs and web services. * Use of Git and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps. * Knowledge of Docker and virtualization (desirable). * Development and integration with ERP, CRM or enterprise platforms (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics or similar). * Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns. * Application of secure software development best practices. * Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban. * Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) (desirable). * Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) (desirable). **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Results orientation. * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Adaptability to change. * Organization and planning. * Innovation and continuous improvement. * Capacity for continuous learning. * Proactivity. **We Offer** * Participation in technology development and innovation projects. * Professional development and continuous training. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity to work with modern technologies. * Competitive market-aligned compensation. **Work Modality** **On-site** **Location** **Lima, Peru.** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
