When you join us, you’ll be part of a global team harnessing the power of scientific testing and data\-driven insights to build a healthier future. **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** Provide and support customer requirement handling by interacting with relevant organizational departments to ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE:** * Execute commercial processes, ensuring their creation is error-free to enable service delivery in accordance with customer requests. * Receive and address customer complaints, ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs). * Coordinate client requests regarding monitoring, material shipment, sample collection, and monitoring modifications to ensure customer satisfaction. * Ensure fieldwork execution complies with the Operations Specification (OS); update commercial processes to reflect any exceptions arising during service delivery. * Coordinate with relevant departments on equipment, personnel, and material availability for service delivery. * Value services provided to obtain customer approval and ensure billing. * Record customer inquiries and complaints to maintain incident statistics and support continuous service improvement. * Track final report delivery to the client within agreed timeframes. **Working at ALS** The ALS team is a diverse and dedicated community united by our passion to make a difference in the world.
