We need a BARTENDER \- Location: Central Lima, Av. España 225 \- Schedule: Monday through Sunday (48 hours per week), with one rotating day off. \- Competitive market-based salary \- Meals provided \- Formal payroll enrollment from day one \- Ongoing training Main Responsibilities: \- Inspect equipment and product conditions, ensuring proper rotation and validity. \- Conduct production during operations, guaranteeing optimal service times. \- Prepare beverages according to recipes, paying attention to flavor, presentation, and consistency. \- Maintain a clean and organized work area. \- Perform daily inventory checks to ensure available stock and prevent shortages. Requirements: \- Technical qualification in Bartending or related field. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the position. \- Basic knowledge of computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \- Availability for rotating shifts.
