Job Summary: We are seeking a Cafeteria Supervisor to lead operations, ensure excellent customer service, and guarantee the proper functioning of the facility and team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Opportunity for growth within an expanding company A prominent company in the foodservice industry is looking for a **Cafeteria Supervisor** to lead operations at one of our locations and ensure excellent customer service, proper facility operation, and effective team performance. **What will you do?** * Supervise the cafeteria’s daily operations. * Lead, organize, and motivate the team (approximately 5–6 staff members). * Ensure compliance with standards for customer service, quality, cleanliness, and hygiene. * Supervise facility opening and closing procedures. * Conduct cash audits and monitor daily sales. * Coordinate procurement of products and supplies. * Supervise inventory and control shrinkage. * Prepare staff schedules and track attendance. * Resolve customer issues and provide support to the team as needed. * Ensure adherence to company-established procedures. **What are we looking for?** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cafeteria Supervisor, Manager, Administrator, or similar role in cafeterias, restaurants, or foodservice businesses. * Experience leading teams. * Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, KPIs, and operational control. * Proficiency in Excel and general user-level computer tools. * Leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, and results orientation. **Schedule** * Closing shift: 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. * Availability to cover morning shifts when operationally required. **What we offer** * Compensation: S/ 1,800\. * Initially, payment via honorarium receipt during the probationary period (1–2 months).
