Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Cashier to join our gastronomic team, responsible for processing payments and recording sales with excellent customer service. We are currently looking for a responsible, proactive individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Cashier. **Main Responsibilities:** Process customer payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods. Operate the cash register system and accurately record daily sales. Issue receipts and invoices according to established procedures. Perform cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation. Verify and monitor proper handling of money during the shift. Provide courteous and efficient customer service. Coordinate with the dining room and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service. Maintain order and cleanliness in the cashier area. Assist with basic administrative tasks related to the position. Comply with internal protocols and restaurant policies. **Requirements:** Minimum 6 months’ prior experience as a cashier in restaurants, cafeterias, or similar businesses. Basic knowledge of POS operation, billing, and cash register closing. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and customer interaction abilities. Punctuality, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. Basic Excel or cash register system knowledge is desirable. Residence in areas near Downtown Lima (desirable). Rotating shifts.
